I administer a website for a client from my home via WordPress and although a few weeks ago I could access Admin to carry out updates, I am now unable to do so. Somebody mentioned my service provider may have blocked access because it thinks the page is corrupt or suspicious etc. I know for a fact it is not as have done work through Admin on and off for months with no problems.

Has anyone got any ideas how I can resolve this problem and gain access to the admin part of the website so that I can update pics/ text etc for my clients website. When I try and login it tells me the password is not recognised the the username?

Thanks in advance

If you are getting as far as being able to enter a password on the site, it will be nothing to do with BT blocking access.
