Cant connect to a game server

Hi guys i cant connect to a uk based nitrado game server could this be a problem with bt or my home hub 5 kind regards Ash

Yes its just the uk based servers

which wouldnt be a problem except all my pals play and own uk based servers

Are you the BT account holder? Is it possible that parental controls are turned on and blocking some access because it's highly unlikely that BT or your hub would block access to one server.

Yes i am the account holder i could try this later when im home is it easy to do?

Perhaps you need to setup port forwarding?

Hi thanks for the advice i have done that already i think i have done it correctly but im no specialist and i had to do it through my android phone as i dont own a pc embarrasing i know.
