    <description>&lt;P&gt;Last night I noticed that all my ring devices were offline (floodlight, doorbell and chime) After looking into it they all went offline at 620pm last night. I tried everything I could do to reconnect but nothing will work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Later that night I realised the Sky Q boxes are also offline.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive tried again this morning and nothing has changed and they are still disconnected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Iphones, Ipad, Laptop are all still connected and working fine so it just appears to be all sky and ring devices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive tried switching everything off and on again! Does anyone have any idea why this has happened and what I can do to fix it? Everything has been running fine for months since I got the latest Hub.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Sky and Ring Devices wont re-connect</title>

&lt;P&gt;Try a factory reset of the home hub.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;That`s good. Sometimes the home hubs run out of internal connections, and the only way to reset them, is a factory reset. It should not be needed very often.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
