    <description>&lt;P&gt;We recently got a Smart Hub 2, but couldn’t connect our smart plugs. We now know that’s because they only connect to 2.4ghz.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We’re trying to find a solution so decided to disable 5ghz, as per other suggestions on the community board. However, the devices have not reconnected and now we’re stuck without any connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any recommendations?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This new hub has been nothing but a hassle! &lt;P&gt;Try a factory reset of the home hub.&lt;/P&gt;
