Need help as I can't do can't to the net. I'm getting this page when I open my browser. 194.74.65.98/index.html I have seen other people posting on here with this problem and that a mod can help. Any help please?

I have a BT line and my internet provider is EE. My router is a Netgear.

if your provider is EE then you need to contact EE customer service - your line is provided by EE

I was on the phone with this for 20mins this morning doing tests on my line and my router with no luck at all.
