I have Halo fibre 250 with 1 wifi disc. I find that any devices that need to be on the same wifi network will not work . I get a message telling me that one device needs to be on the same wifi network as the other. I have disabled 5.0g at the router. I assume it has something to do with the addition of the wifi disc but the router and disc are the same SSID.

Anyone able to help please?

Sorry that you are getting this message after you set up the wifi disc. Try setting up again How Do I Connect My Smarthub 2 And Wifi Disc and see if the problem persists.
