Smart Life Plugs Smart Hub 2

Hello! I've recently switched over to BT broadband and everything is great except I can't get my smart life wifi plugs working.

I've tried turning off 5 ghz on the hub manager as well as adding them manually through the app and nothing, not being picked up - can anyone help?

have you turned of smart setup

I've just tried that and still no joy, this is pretty frustrating!

I had plenty of issues trying to connect through EZ mode - don't think it ever worked. Have you tried using AP mode to configure the plugs. There's an option in the top left hand corner that will allow you to switch the pairing mode. You then connect directly to the device and the app configures it that way. Hope that helps.
