BT Smart Hub 2

Hi I have recently moved into a new build property, I have my new smart hub 2 router and a phone line, just need connected from local exchange. My question is can the hub connect to BT WiFi hotspots and act as a hotspot for the house? Running through data like crazy as my engineer is booked for weeks down the line

you need you home connected to the internet before conecting hub and able to use BTWIFI

if you are a BT CUSTOMER then you can connect to BTWIFI if there is a signal from a neighbour

The hub itself can't connect to BTwifi and be used as a hotspot, only your devices can connect.
