Hi Folks,

Hoping for some help with my wifi - I am getting seemingly random dropouts on my home network.

I have a BT SmartHub.

These interruptions seem to affect all devices, though not all of them at the same time.

Turning the router off and then on again will stabilise things for a while afterwards.

After an interruption, I can't access 192.168.1.254 through any device.

Obviously, I can just reboot the router every time it goes wrong, but am hoping someone has a more technical, permanent solution.

Thanks in advance.

Try a factory reset of the home hub.
