Turning wifi on problems

I have turned the WiFi off wirelessly by typing 192. 168. 1. 254 in Google. I have turned it off wirelessly and wanted to know how to turn it back on becuade it won't load the pahe becaude I'm not connected to the WiFi on. Does it turn back on automatically in the morning? How do I turn it back on?

You would have to plug a computer into the Ethernet port of the home hub, and re-enable it.

The other alternative would be a factory reset of the home hub.
