Hi,

I have been with BT for a few years and have never had any issues. They have been the best Fibre provider I have ever had so I am really pleased with the service. I have just bought a MacBook Air and have noticed that when I use it and my FireStick at the same time, the FireStick buffers every 30-45 seconds. Am I pushing my SmartHub to its limits? I roughly have around 20-25 devices connect include Mobile Devices, Games Consoles, Smart Home devices etc. No other device appears to impact the FireStick, just my MacBook Air. I wondered if the two were conflicting somehow but using my very limited knowledge, the two devices appear to have different IP Address’. Thanks
