High traffic reported by Google but not from my IP address

I am facing an unusual issue recently. When using Google it will occasionally throw message:

Unusually high traffic from IP address 80.87.27.197

And requires me to control I am not a robot.

Other members of the family recently complained about connectivity issues while we have one of the fastest packages.

The problem is the above ID address does not belong to any of us.

The only I can think of is homeschooling; perhaps the school network is served by The Excell Group Limited, to which the IP traces back.

I am just wondering if I have been hacked; antivirus on all devices show nothing. I cannot see unknown devices connecting to my router neither.

Any suggestions?
