      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can you help. I’m having some issues since last week I’m unable to get on some websites. There are some access denied error when trying to open some websites (Tesco).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help me&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, all devices fail but if I hotspot or use 4G then I can access the sites.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks you very much. I had done a restart and still had the issue. When I did a factory reset this has resolved the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;many thanks for your help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
