I've fixed it.

First, the Archer T3U problem is to due with USB3 power draw. It's drawing far too much power and it's causing the driver to crash. So if you're under a 500mbit package, plug these adapters into a USB2 port.

I fixed the Smart Hub problem. You can fix it in 3 easy steps:

1. Unplug it

2. Put it in the bin

3. Buy something better

BT Smarthub 2 FTTP sporadic ping on Wifi 2.4/5Ghz

I have had FTTP for about 4 months now and it's been nothing but problems. I've completely stopped playing online games because I just can't be arsed with it anymore.

Here is me pinging 8.8.8.8 and you can see it just jumping all over the place.

At first I blamed the Archer T3U adapter, since it kept disconnecting. Then I see I have the same problems on my other wireless devices.

So either there is a problem with my hub, or it's **bleep**. WiFi signal is 85-90%, which is pretty good considering it's downstairs in a cupboard.

How can I go about diagnosing this? I am tempted to just replace the router, as I've had problems with every BT Smarthub I've ever owned, the Home Hubs were perfect and worked just fine.
