    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I used to pay for the BT Tech Experts support which I always found very good. I've just discovered this has been discontinued. Can anyone tell me how I can now get fast expert support on the phone from BT in future please? Yesterday when I tried the Tech Experts number it re-directed me to 0800800150 but this just seems to&amp;nbsp; put you on hold for ages and then the person that answered wasn't knowledgeable. How do I talk to an expert now when things go wrong, eg broadband down; e-mail not working , or another tech issue? Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>
