Slow wifi problem

Hi All,

I have a problem with my wifi connection, it has become extremely slow compared to what it used to be. I struggle to stream music, watch videos on youtube/tiktok. Sometimes i have to switch over to the 4g on my phone if i need something urgently as if i use my wifi it takes forever. Im really confused as to why it would be slow as i am very close to the router and have full bars connection. My neighbour has bt broadband also and never has any problems with speed. We are currently using a BT Smart hub.

Can anyone recommend what to try to try improve the speed?

If it isn't SH1 and not SH2 then try splitting the networks and selecting the chnannels manually
