Was this customer on fttp or copper line?

If fttp did he have digital voice?

I want to move to a different router but have fttp and Dv.

Where do you find the settings 1st used I know you say hub but what part?

To use Digital Voice you have to use the BT smart hub connected directly to the ONT.

If you wish to use a third party router you will need to create a second sub- network.
