Blooming Smart Set Up! Help!!!

New Customer.

Just plugged in new router (Home Hub 4)

Every time Itry to do anything on my computer, ie go to a site, I get hijacked by a message saying I have to download Smart Set Up. I can't go to the site I want, I can't bypass this page.

if I click to download - I just get a message that no such page is available!

This is just going round and round in a circle - It's literally driving me mad - I can't get any work done!

The hh4 is an old gut fine for adsl

try a factory reset by pressing the recessed button on back and hold until lights flash.

Then switch of smart setup in hub manager. No need to download anything
