Broadband is working via Ethernet but WiFi isnt

I can access the internet on my PC which is connected by an Ethernet Cable but I cannot use WiFi, I go onto any mobile device, phone, laptop, ipad and none of them are connected by wifi. When i got into setting, My BT wifi isn't on display. Has anyone else experienced this? Thank you

Welcome to this user forum.

If you cannot see the wireless signal from the home hub, then it may be faulty.

Try a factory reset of the home hub and see if the wireless signal returns, If not, then you will have to ask BT for a replacement home hub.
