Does BT broadband support TCP/IPv6.

Hello,

Can someone tell me if BT broadband support TCP/IPv6 and is it safe to untick TCP/IPv4.

can someone let me know.

Assuming you're referring to your Network Adapter settings.

1. Yes except for their DNS servers but you can set your PC/Laptop etc to use 3rd party IPv6 servers (e.g.Google)

2. No, IPv4 is still very much alive and well and probably will be for some time to come.

No harm in trying it if you want to just disable it and then re-enable it when you have your answer

Yes it supports IPv6, no it's not a good idea to untick IPv4 as not all sites support IPv6
