5ghz to 2.4ghz

I've bought a bird box which needs to be set up on 2.4ghz, I've got a BT Hub6 how easy is it to set up the 2.4ghz please, bear in mind I'm not overly technical! is it easy please?

If you have a hh6 then

have you turned of smart setup

Turn Off smart setup

have you split the networks

Split the networks

After you have done that and given 2.4ghz different SSID then connect bird box to that Should be no problem
