Sites that will not load

Help we have a BT hub 8 and Certain sites will not load - such as Moodle on my daughters laptop but when she goes to her boyfriends Moodle will load with no problems I've no idea how to fix this .......

have you checked MYBT to make sure Web Protect is turned off

Hi There yes the parental controls and web protect are off ! 🙂 x

have you turned of smart setup

Turn Off smart setup

I've now turned this off and will see if it helps 🙂
