Bt internet cutting out?

In Northern Ireland, internets cutting out. This is happening every 20 minutes now. I can't even post this. It cuts out for 2 minutes, comes back, cuts out again.

Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.

The broadband comes down the phone line. If the phone line is noisy or disconnected, the broadband will disconnect.

It's a diagnostic step to check if there's an issue with the phone line. Have you spoken to BT about the issue as well?

It found a error on my line about a year ago i didn't even realise was there as we rarely use our house phone
