Hi,

Yes, I've recycled HH a number of times and also done a Network Reset on the problem Laptop. Hasn't helped.

Hi,

I have two devices, a wired PC and a WIFI laptop that are able to ping the HH, but are unable to login in to the HH. The webpage isn't available. Neither device is abale to access the internet, or ping website addresses.

Two other laptops are ok, along with smart phones.

From the problem laptop, I'm able to ping a working Laptop, but from the working laptop when I try to ping the failing Laptop I get Request Timeout.

I'm able to access a NAS from the failing laptop, but have no internet access.

Both PC and Laptop stopped working almost at the same time.

Why would I be able to ping the HH but not be able to login in to it?

Have you tried a 3 pin reset? Ie turn hub off for 10 seconds and then turn back on.

Have you tried clearing cookies and cache from the browser on the problem laptop, have you tried a different browser?

If you can access the NAS and ping the hub it is a browser/HTTP problem.

Hi,

I've done that, but there's no difference. My Email tool is unable to access the mail servers, so it's not a Firefox problem.

I've also tried another tools, no luck.
