      <title>Accessing Thinkific</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have paid for a Thinkific course. Three of us with BT accounts cannot join. We either get time out issues or secure issues.&amp;nbsp; I have used different devices and different browsers to access the internet. I was advised to turn off Smart set up but it still did not work. Does anyone here have knowledge that could help us as the Thinkific experts&amp;nbsp; have tried everything.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to this user forum.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try turning off BT Web Protect and BT Parental controls, and see if its the cause of the problem.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You do this via your MyBT account under extras section.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
