BT Smart Hub 1 Hub Manager - Laptop missing

I Have realised that my Laptop does not appear as a device on my Home Hub Manager. I have read the similar posts but none appeared to help with my problem. I am writing this post on my laptop, so it is connected!

Any help gratefully received.

the device list, if you have read other posts, is not the most accurate or reliable so as long as your laptop is connected and working ok then I would not be bothered

I agree with @imjolly but if it bothers you that much then you could try a factory reset, just remember to turn off smart setup when it restarts as it will have been re-enabled
