Hybrid connect signal

Hi all

looking for a bit of advice regarding where to locate my hybrid connect device.
In the signal section of the device I see signal strength of between -95dBm and -114dBm. Which is the better signal as they both normally show 2 bars on the device

The lower the number the better the signal. -95dBm is the stronger signal.
