Hi,

I have just upgraded to Halo due to a fault on my broadband which results in a constant re-connection taking place (the router is cycling due to a fault on the line)...no idea how long BT will take place to fix this.

Issue i have is when the BB drops, the hybrid connect takes 3-4 minutes to sync over. Given the frequency of our disconnections it actually causes an equal amount of disruption.

Can i unplug the broadband line from the router, leaving the router on so the hybrid connect becomes the default connection?..even though the bandwidth is poor (only 1 bar and if i move it it to get 2 bars it loses connection to the hub)
