File download issues.

I have an issue downloading a specific file any help appreciated.

I am getting timeouts when trying to download content from CDN77, the download stops after about 10 to 40mb. The content is coming from the domain download-center.dxo.com which resolves to 185.59.221.21, 89.187.167.3, 195.181.164.15 on a round robin basis with a TTL of 10 seconds. I have tried many times and am unable to download the file on BT. I have tried on 3 other ISPs with no issue, note that these ISPs get the same DNS response and therefore use the same CDN servers as I am using on BT.

I have the issue on all devices OS X, iOS and windows and have tried different browers.

Go into MyBt and switch BT Web Protect off

I have checked and BT Web Protect was already set to off.

The download does start and then stalls early on in its download. The stall point is variable.
