Spotify Connect doesn't work or connect

I have been trying to stream some music from my iPhone to my speaker using 'Spotify Connect' but it doesn't work. I can see the speaker in the Spotify app, but when I try connecting it just hangs saying 'connecting' but never does.

I have tried different routers to see if it's a router problem but the problem remains. The problem also exists if I try connecting with my Windows PC (wired over Ethernet) so don't think it's an IOS, or WiFi problem.

I did have Spotify Connect working previously. Only thing I have changed in recent months is upgraded from 300Mb broadband to the 900Mb option - could that be the problem?

Appreciate any help - I'm stumped!

Hi @spater thanks for posting. I'm sorry, I wouldn't know where to start as I'm not familiar with the Spotify Connect service. Did you try the Spotify community to see if they had any suggestions?
