    <description>&lt;P&gt;There is a problem with the current Windows desktop client, hopefully this will be sorted very soon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the meantime I advise that you do not try to uninstall the app, many who have have reported file corruption as a result.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Depending on your technical knowledge, either suffer it until a new version of the app (currently in beta) is released or stop it from loading at startup&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Lately I get a repeated message every 10 minutes:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"BT Cloud has encountered an error and will close down"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but no clue as to what has happened and how to rectify it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions, please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rickety&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks but can't understand that a Tech organisation can have this problem, rather like their new BT Mail, great improvement on BT Yahoo Mail but lacks some nice user friendly touches&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
