ADSL and Google Wifi

Hi all

A friend is having some grief with his google nest wifi and BT ADSL

He was previously double natted and that was causing issues so hes bought an echolife modem and that is connected and the dsl light is on

We have tried and tried setting up through the google home app using bthomehub@btbroadband.com (ammended) password:BT but it fails everytime and we have factory reset the hub twice too

Does anyone have any advice - this "should" be simple
