Slow speeds over wifi

Hope someone can help me, had fttp installed last week (Fullfibre 900) and speeds are terrible over both wifi and ethernet connection.

BT smart hub 2 connected to ont unit, Black bt wifi disc paired with it, PC connected to wifi disc via ethernet cable.

First of all I checked Fibre speed from exchange to hub via BT speed test and says 928 Mbs download and 110 Mbs upload.

Connected PC to Smart Hub via wifi, speed dropped to at best 9.84 Mbs download , 36.7 Mbs upload.

Connected PC to Smart Hub directly via ethernet cable speed was 65 Mbs down , 80 Mbs up.

Tried various other set ups but speeds were not any bettre

Anybody got any advice on how to rectify my problem

All cables used are cat6, network controller and switch are gigabit.

have you turned of smart setup

Thanks for advice, just turned it off and speed increased to 168 down, 100 up over wifi. Still think it should be faster than that.
