HI all,

We have a Canon PIXMA MG6851 which has been working perfectly well connected to Home WiFi when using Smart Hub 1.

We have just been upgraded to Full Fibre 300 with Smart Hub 2 and the printer stopped working.

I have tried:

- Reset settings and reconnect to LAN

- WPS

We use Macs and have problem on both BIg Sur and Catalina, so its not OS specific.

Any one have same experience and fix it (without replacing the printer) please?

Regards

Craig

I saw you are posting on someone else's thread. Can you please stick to your own as it just causes confusion in replies

if you tried turning of smart setup and still problem then turn of 5ghz network in hub wifi setting then try and connect printer. If you can then connect and after sure printing then turn 5ghz back on and printer should remain connected to 2.4ghz network
