5ghz. Slow

Hi since last week my 5ghz has stopped working and is slow dead slow I’ve tried all the stuff I’ve read on here and still nothing changed.

what next ?

Has your 5Ghz connection improved over the last couple of days?

Depending on your Hub, this may help: Problems connecting 5GHz and dual band devices via Wifi?

Already had mine set so they were separate worked fine for a long time until an update.
Tv is 6ft away from by hub 5 . My phone has always connected upstairs to the 5ghz too.
from update the 5ghz went slower than dial up from years ago.
move now swapped channel again and it seems to be working.
also 2.4ghz was dropping connection, This also seems to be working again for now.
ive built pcs and used pcs internet for over 15 years myself so know when there’s a problem with hardware.
