    <description>tried to use phone, just got in a automatic loop and then the line cut off Very disappointed with BT support, the said they would get back to me within 20 mins when I went via messaging, 7hrs later no response. In the end managed to resolve by doing factory reset on both discs&lt;BR /&gt;Tks for your advice though</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have smart hub 2 router in basement, have BT extender system from router to groundfloor.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Been given 2 white discs and was looking to utilise, can i use extender as is and then connect disc 1 to extender outelt on groundfloor and disc 2 on first floor or have i got to connect disc 1 to router directly&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
