From he BT Smart 2 Hub I have various NetGear Switches and NeatGear Smart WiFi Routers hardwired in various locations around the property.

When I have a look on the Smart 2 Hub manager I can see all the NetGear equipment connected. On the two Netgear Prosafe GS108E switches I can also see all the the other devices that are hardwired to these switches. On the NetGear AC1200 Smart WiFi Routers (Model R6220) I cannot see any of the devices that are hardwired or connected via the Wifi. At the present time both items have been installed with mostly default settings.

Has anybody had the same problem and what settings do I need to modify in the NetGear AC1200 Smart WiFi Routers (Model R6220) to enable all devices to be displayed on the Smart 2 Hub Manager.
