    <description>Thanks, I had tried a factory reset. I have cabled the XBOX in for now as the app doesnt lose the device unless its on wi-fi. Which is rubbish but ok for now.</description>

      <title>My BT App, Smart Hub 2 losing device wi-fi access</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the Smart Hub 2&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;v0.26.04.04227-BT&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am using the My BT app on android.&lt;BR /&gt;Trying to setup wi-fi access controls using the App but they save and are then forgotten seconds later.&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried creating a group and doing things that way and also just for the device (an XBOX).&lt;BR /&gt;The settings sometimes display on the hub home page (&lt;A href="http://192.168.1.254/bt_access_control.htm" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;http://192.168.1.254/bt_access_control.htm&lt;/A&gt;) but not for long.&lt;BR /&gt;It's driving me mad, any suggestions welcome.&lt;BR /&gt;The XBOX is connected via wi-fi, I have been able to add a cabled device to the access control and it seems to remember the settings - so wi-fi related?&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried disabling the 5ghz wifi but makes no difference.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/181627"&gt;@adamwoody&lt;/a&gt;,&amp;nbsp;welcome to the forum and sorry that you are having a problem with the access controls.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please would you try a &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/how-do-i-reset-my-bt-hub-to-its-factory-settings" target="_self"&gt;Factory Reset&lt;/A&gt; on your hub and see if that resolves the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
