BT Home Hub default gateway address

I have a strange issue with BT Home Hub and DHCP.

When I connect with a wired connection I get the default gateway address of 192.168.254 (i.e. the home hub) and everything is fine. However, for laptops on WiFi I get a default address of 192.1.168.69 and I can't get a browser to show any web pages. tracert shows the request getting to 192.1.168.69 but then timing out and that address doesn't seem to appear anywhere in the address map.

If I manually set the network configuration with 192.1.168.254 as the default gateway, everything is fine.

Two questions:

1. Why do I get different gateways for wired and wifi connections

2. Can I configure the WiFi to use the right gateway

Thanks

Yep tried that, but this occurred on several laptops.
It's even odder, because it returns two gateway addresses, an IPv6 address, which corresponds to the home hub, and an IPv4 which doesn't. This means that I can connect to www.google.co.uk as its an IPv6 preferred address, but not www.bbc.co.uk.
Madness

I guess the next thing to try is a factory reset of the hub. Remember to turn off smart Setup again afterwards.
