Normal download and upload speeds but my latency should be 16ms but is now 34ms+

I know the latency isn't that bad however I am not used to it and if it can be lower I want it to be lower is there anything I can do?

Hi @mizeerk,

Can you let us know more about your set up. How are you connected to your Smart Hub/Home Hub? Are you using a wired or wireless connection? Do you have powerline adapters? Are you experiencing the ping when playing certain games?

I am connected directly to my smart hub via a wired connection to my pc and I am experiencing the mainly in call of duty and no i do not have powerline adapters
