You can connect the modem to the BT Home hub, by using an Ethernet cable. You may find that the builders have already installed Ethernet sockets near the modem, which connect individually to each room.

Hi; not hugely techy so would appreciate some advice. Moved into new build house with full fibre with (Nokia) modem near front door in a cupboard, so do I need to keep the hub there connected or is there a way to have the hub placed more centrally in the house for better Wi-fi coverage? Thanks
