&lt;P&gt;I would also try a wifi analyser on mobile and see what networks are in use and channels used then select manually your channel for 2.4/5ghz&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If you have SKYQ avoid channel 36&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've just moved into a new property and using a Smart Hub 2.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks. I've turned off smart setup - let's see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for channel interference, I'm the first person to move into a new street, so no other WAPs around.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Check that your PC's power profile allows your wifi adapter to remain powered constantly.&lt;BR /&gt;"Allow Windows to turn off this device to conserve power" is the thing you are looking to disable.</description>
