    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am on the Halo 1 package and still have my Home Hub 5. Recently I find the broadband drops out, and more annoyingly a device that has been using WiFi fine will lose connection and I have to reboot hub to re-establish.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this likely to be caused buy the age of hub, and increased number of devices connected &amp;amp; would buying a new smart hub help with this? I am looking to add a smart TV soon so want a smooth trouble free connection!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;have you tried a factory reset of the hh5 by pressing recessed button on back and holding for 20/30 secs until lights flash&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;remember to turn off smart setup&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;as you have HH5 do you have the 2.4/5ghz networks split with different SSID&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi, no not tried a factory reset - will do that. How do I turn off smart set up and how do I know if I have 2.4/5ghz network split with different SSID? Sorry, not very tech.</description>
