ONT FTTP box outside Shift due to conservatory build

I have ONT box needed moving on the wall outside. Received planning to build a conservatory where the ONT is placed and would like it moved. I have tried contact BT but they said due to COVID they stopped making ONT shift appointments available . Any ideas on this if anyone in the same situation. Thanks

If its an outside wall it isn't an ONT, that is the modem that your hub connects to. It will be a CSP, a splice point. If you asked for an ONT to be moved, they would be expecting it to be internal not external.

Just to add, moving it will be chargeable and if the duct effectively comes up against the wall directly below where the CSP is currently sited, then it may also require the duct relocating as well as the CSP, so could be expensive.

Hi thanks for reply. There is no duct luckily Install was it done overhead through cable on pole to the CSP box with nothing Underground.
