    <description>I have exactly the same issue. Is it AT ALL possible to set my Smarthub 6 up so that I can view my CCTV remotely or is it not even worth trying?&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi looking for some help please. &amp;nbsp;Have just installed security cameras, can view through wi-fi at home but am unable to view when I am away from home through 4G.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some months ago I had a indoor camera (to watch my dogs) that I’d had awhile suddenly stopped working (the same as above), I just thought it had broken so disconnected it but am now wondering if it was the same problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My son has had a go with it but to no avail - sos&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The BT Home Hubs can cause issues with opening ports, so a third party router seems your best option in this case.&lt;/P&gt;
