Access Denied - You do not have permission to access website

I tried to get an issue sorted earlier today where I can't access a website when connected to my home network, and I get this error:

"Access Denied
You don't have permission to access **Edited** on this server.
Reference #18.49dedd58.1581451995.2637a662"

So far I have:

Reset my hub back to factory settings.
Restarted the hub it multiple times.
Cleared all my browser caches and deleted all cookies and history (in Chrome, Firefox and Edge).
Disabled all Chrome extensions.
I have updated all drivers and restarted my computer multiple times.
Forgotten the network and logged into it.
Disabled all firewalls and switched off antivirus.

It happens on all browsers and on multiple mobile devices when connected to BT WiFi, but NOT when using mobile data or connected to my phone (using it as a hotspot with mobile data) with my laptop.

I am looking for any help with this, as it has happened now on a few sites, and I can't seem to figure out how to sort it.

It's not blocked, I tried it and it appears to be a Russian voucher/discount site selling well known brands.

It's most likely blocked by parental controls, you can see what can be enabled/disabled by following the info at How to keep your family safe online with BT Parental Controls and the different blocking categories

Probably more likely it is web protect blocking the site. Its not blocked for me.

Yes, you are right, it was blocked by web protection.
