Please help! I have recently moved so have a new BT wifi connection and a brand new hub. The wifi has been great so far. The speed is good. As soon as I attempted a Zoom call today though I got the dreaded 'your internet connection is unstable message. I previously had this at my old address but there the signal was poor in the room I needed to work and the speed test confirmed it. Instead, I had to resort to a massive long ethernet cable which (usually) solved the problem.

I REALLY don't want to have to do that again here. If the speed is good, the signal strength is good and other devices working fine, what else can I do please? I've disabled everything else from running on my laptop but just a video call seems too much, let alone trying to share my screen.
