&lt;P&gt;Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. By ethernet extender, I take you mean something like this -&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/tv/fix-a-problem/powerline-adapters/how-to-check-powerline-adapters-or-bt-mini-connectors-are-workin" target="_self"&gt;Powerline adapters&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so what type/make are you using?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What actually happens when you connect them to the Hub?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried a different ethernet cable? If the Powerline Adapters aren't able to pair with each other it could be that they are connected to two different electrical circuits in the house.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>No internet when using Ethernet extender/repeater</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My internet/wifi is absolutely fine with decent speeds. However when I connect an extender using an Ethernet cable internet connection &amp;nbsp;to the main hub disappears. Any ideas why?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
