    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have BT Smart hub 2 with 2 x extender disks all works great apart from 2 samsung phones and a samsung tablet connect to wifi but show as no internet connection&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if they connect to the btwifi ssid then they work fine its only the secure SSID thats not playing&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my Samsung S9 is also working fine&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any idea's?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/63933"&gt;@CedricTheBrave&lt;/a&gt;, welcome back and, sorry you are having trouble with some devices connecting to your hub. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tried switching off &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/what-is-smart-setup-on-the-bt-hub--how-can-i-turn-it-on-and-off-" target="_self"&gt;Smart Set Up&lt;/A&gt; and see if that helps?&lt;/P&gt;
