    <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased the 3 disc BT premium whole home WIFI package. Set up was easy but i needed and additional disc. So i purchased an additional disc (same type). When I try to add it through the mobile app, it says disc found for about 10 minutes, then says no discs could be found. The additional disc has a constant blue light but it doesn't appear on the app. Can anybody help me set this up properly?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I'm sorry you are having trouble connecting a 4th disc to your set-up. It would be best to contact the Whole Home Wifi helpdesk as they are best placed to help you. You can call them on&amp;nbsp;0808 100 6116 (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm,&amp;nbsp;Saturday 9.00am to 2.00pm)&lt;/P&gt;
